How can I apply my $1000 credit certificate when purchasing a home?

$1000 Will be applied to your closing cost balance at closing from the the buyer broker compensation commission received.

May I transfer my certificate to a friend or family?

Yes! You can absolutely share the certificate with a friend or family member, within the year the certificate was issued.

How do I receive a certificate?

You must register for the Eventbrite Seminar and attend the 2 hour online course. You will receive certificate PDF by email upon course completion.

Can I use certificate in combination with any other down payment assistance program?

Yes! Certificate can be used and combined with any loan program and any DPA program.

Can I access online seminar from my phone?

Yes! you can view seminar from your phone. Make sure you have a google account or Gmail prior to accessing the event.

How do I use PROMO code for agent that invited me?

Eventbrite will ask for promo code before purchase. If you register through our website, you will be prompted to enter agents name for validation.
